With a commitment to exceptional service and quality products, we serve homeowners, caregivers, and healthcare professionals throughout the greater Lehigh Valley and the Poconos.

Position Summary

We are seeking a personable, motivated Part-Time Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help customers find the right mobility solutions to meet their needs—offering in-home consultations, explaining product benefits, and supporting the sales process from lead to close.

This is a part-time position ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  •   Respond to leads via phone, email, and website inquiries
  •   Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs
  •   Accurately measure staircases and steps (training provided)
  •   Educate customers on stair lifts, ramps, and other accessibility products
  •   Provide quotes and assist with the purchasing process
  •   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups using CRM software
  •   Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless service delivery
  •   Represent the brand with professionalism, empathy, and integrity

Qualifications

  •   Previous sales experience
  •   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  •   Ability to listen actively and explain technical concepts in simple terms
  •   Comfortable with traveling locally to customer homes (mileage reimbursement applies for personal vehicle use)
  •   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  •   Personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed at standard IRS rate)
  •   Basic technical skills (experience with CRM software and mobile tools a plus)

Preferred

  •   Experience in the healthcare, medical equipment, home improvement, or accessibility industry
  •   Knowledge of stair lifts, ramps, or mobility solutions

Compensation & Schedule

  •   Part-time (10–15 hours/week to start).
  •   Base hourly rate plus commission/bonus structure.
  •   Opportunities for increased hours or advancement based on performance.
